Potential Match Resolution

Choose Potential Match Resolution from the drop-down list and click GO to open the Potential Match Choices page.

Once you have made your choice from the available options on this page, click GO next to the list you want to verify:

L&I Prefix/Docket Selection
If you are interested in a specific carrier, you may enter the prefix and docket number for that company in the section marked L&I Prefix/Docket Selection and click GO to open the Potential Duplicates in MCMIS page directly.

Inactive MCMIS Carriers
The Inactive MCMIS Carriers page displays the following columns of information (when it is available):

Click the radio button next to Resolved or No Match for each record and then click UPDATE to revise the information in the database.
If you mark a record as Resolved and click UPDATE you eliminate that record from any future potential matches.


Docket Numbers Disagree
The Docket Numbers Disagree page displays the same information as the Inactive MCMIS Carriers page (if information has been entered in the system).
Click the radio button next to Resolved or No Match for each record and then click UPDATE to revise the information in the database.
If you mark a record as Resolved and click UPDATE you eliminate that record from any future potential matches.

US DOT Numbers Disagree
The US DOT Numbers Disagree page displays the same information as the Inactive MCMIS Carriers page (if information has been entered in the system).
Click the radio button next to Resolved or No Match for each record and then click UPDATE to revise the information in the database.
If you mark a record as Resolved and click UPDATE you eliminate that record from any future potential matches.

Potential Matches / Duplicates in MCMIS
The Potential Matches / Duplicates in MCMIS page displays the same details as the other pages if information has been entered in the system. Click the radio button next to Resolved or No Match for each record and then click UPDATE to revise the information in the database.
If you mark a record as Resolved and click UPDATE you eliminate that record from any future potential matches.

Potential Matches in MCMIS
The Potential Matches in MCMIS page displays the same details as the other pages if information has been entered in the system. Click the radio button next to Resolved or No Match for each record and then click UPDATE to revise the information in the database.
