Passenger vehicles carrying 1-8 passengers (including driver)
Requirement: A For-Hire motor carrier that transports 1-8 passengers, including the driver, must have $1,500,000 of BIPD insurance.
For-Hire motor carriers that transport 1-8 passengers only need to file a OP-1(P) application (MC number).
