Type of vehicle(s) to be operated (Motor Carrier)

Passenger vehicles carrying 9-15 passengers (including driver).
Requirement: A For-Hire motor carrier that transports 9-15 passengers, including the driver, must have BIPD insurance of $1,500,000.
Motor carriers that transport 9-15 passengers must file a Form MCS-150 (USDOT number), a Form MCS-150A (Safety Certifications) and a OP-1(P) application (MC number).
